The Destin Community Center will be offering a Hatha & Vinyasa Style Yoga class for all levels every Thursday, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. The class will focus on breathing, controlled movements, and stretching. Vinyasa Yoga which will consist of breathing exercises and short meditation. The cost is $5/Destin res per class and is open to everyone 17+.
